Greenlight AutoPrint WO from Visual - PowerAutomate flow

As part of the Greenllight Guru migration from Qumas, we needed to define a way to print documents automatically that are associated with a WO in Visual. There are several steps needed to make this work.

Populate Engineering Masters with the correct document path links from GG
1. Documents must be uploaded to GG and published first (this is a step that either a user will take or we will automatically handle during a migration)
2. In GG, Full Users have the ability to download file lists. This can be done either with a subset of files or the full dataset. Recommendation is to filter to a subset and then extract. (In the Documents Workspace, filter the documents and then click the elipses in the upper right and choose Download Document List) The column that shows 'Effective Documents' is the one to associate with an Engineering Master inside of Visual
3. Refer to 'Adding Document Reference for GG documents' in Solutions
Once the links are added to an Engineering Master, the user can then create the WO.
Verify all documents are available in Visual by using this PowerBI Report: Document Reference Greenlight - Power BI
The user will then fill out the Microsoft Form located here: https://forms.office.com/r/NY6EN2gmeP
When they hit submit a PowerAutomate flow will run. The user experience and technical documentation are attached here.
Once the flow completes, all documents associated in Visual with GG will print to the printer chosen in the form

Items to Note:

All printers need to be added to the form as described in the technical documentation.

The pwrautogg@paragonmedical.com account owns the Flow and the Form and if others need to modify they must either login with those credentials (stored in ITGlue) to share with the person updating, or simply update from that login

The PowerAutomate Desktop flow is installed on AWS-APPS01. Sophos has been configured to ignore PowerAutomate.
