A user can be 'locked out' from logging in to Infor CRM SLX, if the number of user's failed login attempts exceeds the number of allowed attempts. The Login Attempt Threshold is set in the Administrator on the Password tab. Resetting a locked out user changes the number of attempts to zero and allows the user to attempt to log in again.
Note: The system administrator and users with the appropriate
role can access these features.
To reset one or more locked out users:
- On the Navigation Bar, click Administration and then click Users.
- Open the Users With Failed Logins group.
- In the Task Pane, under User Tasks section, click Reset Users.
- Account will be reset to password the user had prior to the lock
If the user is still unable to access CRM, change the password and sent it to them with the below message.
Your password has now been changed.
If you still have issues logging in, please reply to this email, and we will get you squared away.
