SmartViews - Cache Reset
To reset the cache within SmartViews, follow these steps:
- While on the SmartViews login screen, click on the blue “i” in the bottom left
- Click on “Cache Reset” and choose “Yes” to force a reset
- Wait a few seconds for another box to show that the reset is done
- Close the SmartViews login screen
- Open the SmartViews login screen again and try with your email address and password
