iPhone & Android Migration
Attention: Please follow the instructions below to reconfigure your email on your mobile phone.
After you’ve completed your computer migration and if you have email on your phone, please follow the instructions below:
iPhone or Android with Outlook app

Open Outlook and click the House icon

Touch the Settings icon
3. Click on your email address
4. Scroll to the bottom and click “Delete Account”
- Add account back in

- Choose “Add an email account” (Outlook…)
- Either choose your email address or enter it manually. Continue with on-screen prompts.
iPhone with iOS Mail app (Deleting old account):
- Your account should be listed with either Exchange or Outlook
- Your account should now be deleted.
